DELIVERY All prints are dispatched from PopChoc within 14-21 days from receipt of your order. UK delivery is by Royal Mail Special Delivery. International orders are couriered by FedEx, UPS or another reputable delivery company. We will inform you by email or telephone should there be any delay in your order. For all international delivery costs, please contact paul@popchoc.com DAMAGED GOODS PopChoc will replace all damaged goods. However, you MUST email us WITHIN 3 WORKING DAYS of receipt of a damaged item to be eligable for a replacement or refund. We will send a reply email containing full details of our replacement/refund procedure. OTHER RETURNS In accordance with the European Distance SELLING DIRECTIVE, PopChoc will supply you with a contract for each purchase you make on the site. If you are ordering within an EU country, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within seven working days from receipt of the goods and return the goods without having to give any reason. If you withdraw you will be reimbursed by the same method with which you paid, within 30 days. You will be charged for the postage costs of returning the goods, but we don not add an admin or repackaging charge. Under these conditions, returned goods must reach us in 100% re-saleable condition for customers to be elligable for a refund. Contacts can be concluded electronically, and the time which the contract is concluded is determined by reference to the time at which your order (and PopChoc's acknowledgement) is deemed to be received (which is when we are first able to access it). PRIVACY PopChoc will not share ANY of your personal details with any third party. No credit/debit card details are stored at PopChoc. |
